Terms & Conditions

Your registration for Admissions at HATS is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. You are signing or submitting the application form to initiate an admission process. Admission to HATS is purely for an Academic exercise. Kindly read the following :

1. REGISTRATION AND OUR ACCEPTANCE

When you register, the language that we offer to you for the conclusion of this process will be English only. This registration process would involve verification of the data provided to us. The verification would be done either through your elder or the leadership in your church. We will send you confirmation of your registration. Acceptance of Registration will never lead to Admission at HATS but will be a step in the Admission process.

1. REGISTRATION AND OUR ACCEPTANCE
1.1 When you register, the language that we offer to you for the conclusion of this process will be English only.
1.2 This registration process would involve verification of the data provided to us. The verification would be done either through your elder or the leadership in your church. We will send you confirmation of your registration. Our further communiqué comes into effect with you once we have sent you confirmation of our acceptance of your registration. Acceptance of Registration will never lead to Admission at HATS but will be a step in the Admission process.

2. ADMISSION TO BACHELORS IN THEOLOGY (B.Th)
2.1 Admission to our 3 year B.Th program is strictly on the basis of passing the Assessment Exam. Every student opting for our B.Th program will have to compulsorily attend the 15 day Freshman’s Module. On completion of the module an Assessment Test would be conducted. Students clearing the Test would be given admission for the 3 year program. Students failing the test would automatically qualify for the 4 year B.Th program.

2.2 Admission to our 4 year B.Th program would be for those students failing the Assessment Test conducted after the 15 days Freshman’s module.

3. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1 Use of the data that you provide us, or which is collected by us, is governed by our Privacy Policy. In no way the data would be transferred to another party and would be in all sense used by us with utmost care. The data in no way would be distributed or be open or available for others.

3.2 We take all reasonable precautions to keep the details secure. Unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the information provided by you.

4. FEES AND PAYMENTS
4.1 The Fees quoted in this “Information Pages” are valid for the relevant course and shall be valid for such period indicated.
4.2 We also give discount on the prescribed fees. Kindly contact the President for discounts & concessions.

5. RULES & REGULATIONS
5.1 Applicant on admission as Student will need to comply at all times with the rules and regulations found in the STUDENT HANDBOOK and may be excluded or removed from the Registration or Admission process for failure to adhere to such requirements.

6. EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
6.1 Should the management of HATS be unable to perform any obligations under this Agreement due to causes or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to any Act of God, war or threatened war, terrorism or threatened terrorism, fire, flood, drought, strike, lock out or actions of the venue, persecutions, they will not be liable to you for any losses or claims arising from this.

7. PENALTY FOR LEAVING HATS IN-SESSION

7.1 Once admitted the Students are liable to the policy at HATS.

7.2 Students at HATS who leave in between an academic calendar would have to pay a penalty.

7.3 An approximate expense of Rs 3500 is incurred on each student every month.

7.4 The total number of months the student studied before leaving the campus would be multiplied with the approximate monthly expense mentioned in 7.3

7.5 The student who leaves HATS permanently in between an academic calendar would have to pay the penalty mentioned in section 7.4

9. FEW DATES TO REMEMBER

Registration Closes                                       : 15th MAY every year.

Last Date of submitting Applications         : 15th MAY every year.

Selected Candidates List Release       : 25th MAY every year.

Classes starts                                                 : 15th JUNE every year.
